RETURN POLICY

“Tres Chicas Closet” wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with all of our products. We are committed to meet and exceed your shopping expectations and value your trust in our goal to provide you with exceptional merchandise. In the event you want to return a purchase please follow the directions below:

  • Within 3 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at  treschicascloset@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange.
  • After receiving the” return merchandise authorization”, we will contact the courier company to come and collect the item (s).
  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Refunds are not available for discounted orders
  • Most returns result from incorrect size ordered. We strongly urge you to check the product dimensions on the Sizing Chart to see if the item is the appropriated size for you. When in doubt, please feel free to call our Customer Service and we will gladly assist you.

 Our sizes tend to vary slightly by style. To make shopping easier for you, we like to hand measure all of our garments that passes through our doors before we make them available for sale. So we do ask you to pay close attention to the measurements we provide and compare them to garments you already own that you like the fit of.

Tools: A tape measure

When you measure yourself either wear a slip or undergarments without padding so you can get the most accurate measurements.

Do not hold your breath or suck in your breath when measuring yourself. You want to ensure your measurements are accurate to account for movement.

Bust / Measure from armpit to armpit
Waist / Measure around smallest part of your waist
Hips / Measure around fullest part of your hips, generally about 7" below your waistline
Bodice / Top of shoulder to natural waist line

 

     

    Order Processing and Delivery

    We deliver all across the UAE:

    • next working day delivery in Dubai.
    • within the next 48 to 72 hours door delivery in all other Emirates.

    on orders placed before our order processing cut off time of 11:00 AM.

    Any orders placed after 11:00 AM will be considered for delivery on the subsequent working day only. Working days for order processing are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

     

    For orders within the GCC outside UAE:

    For orders outside UAE, please contact us before placing the order to confirm shipping availability.

     

    Shipping Rates

    Dubai

    - Free Shipping for orders AED 200 & above

    - Surcharge of AED 17 for purchase of AED 199 or below

     

    All other Emirates

    - Free Shipping for orders AED 300 & above

    - Surcharge of AED 17 for purchase of AED 299 or below

     

    Once you place an order, you will receive a call/email for confirmation from our Customer Service team to finalize the order, delivery time and mode of payment.

    If you enter an incorrect delivery address/contact number, and consequently a parcel is returned to us or is undelivered, we reserve the right to charge additional cost to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

    In case of non-availability of the customer at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to contact the customer through call and whatsapp and further non availability will lead to automatic rescheduling of the delivery by the Delivery team as per the day's schedule.

     

    Delivery Schedules

    As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation via preferred medium, email and/or SMS. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case it does not appear in your inbox. Our customer service or shipping partner will get in touch with you to coordinate delivery once we receive your order.

    Orders can only be processed and shipped on regular business days, Sunday to Thursday, as we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.

    In the rare case when we estimate that delivery will not be possible within 48 to 72 hours (low population density areas of UAE), we will try to contact the customer through Call or WhatsApp message to inform the same and communicate delivery days of our shipping and delivery partner in that area. In case we are unable to reach you, we will proceed to automatic rescheduling of the delivery and Customer Care will be keeping you informed about the schedule.

    During promotions & offers, due to large volume of orders, delivery in Dubai may take up to 48 hours. Our customer service will get in touch with you to coordinate the delivery once we receive your order.

     

    Pay when you receive your order

    For deliveries in Dubai payment modes are:

    - Debit Card and Credit Card on Delivery

    - Apple Pay and Google Pay

     

    For deliveries in other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah), payment mode is Cash on Delivery.

    If you prefer other payment methods, please inform us at the time of your order by mentioning it in “shipping comments”.
